faulty machine extreme noise
i find the gym subpar. the main machine was out of service, a significant letdown wanting to maintain their fitness routine. also, my room faced a very noisy street, i found the disturbances lasted late into the night. it made it difficult to fall asleep before 3 am.

thin windows noisy street
the staff acted helpfully and the rooftop pool met expectations.
I encountered issues with noise. The sound from nearby bars kept me awake till late. the room i had faced a noisy street (it really was), and the thin windows did little to block the music. i would have appreciated better soundproofing.

excessive noise blood stains
The staff was excellent and always ready to help, that was acceptable.
The noise from the nearby bars was excessive. I struggled to sleep. The soundproofing seemed inadequate, and I heard every action from the neighboring room! The shower was also a problem. It got hot and I couldn't control it. I found a bedsheet with blood stains, unacceptable.

daily cleaning soft towels rooftop pool
My room included daily cleaning. I found it very well done. soft towels were replaced every day too. the rooftop pool was a good spot (especially when it was quiet).
i do not have any complaints.

quiet street short walk clean room
The hotel location is PERFECT. It is on a quiet side street, so it is relatively calm. The bars and clubs are just a short walk away. I stayed in a superior double or twin room. It was superb and very clean.
